Hello, I'm Soujanya Ragula, and I am thrilled to embark on the journey of starting a preschool. With 12+ of experience in early childhood education, I bring a deep passion for fostering a love of learning in young minds. My educational background includes M.Sc (Biotechnology) & B.Ed, providing me with a solid foundation in child development and pedagogy.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of nurturing young kids, which have further fueled my commitment to creating a positive and stimulating environment for children to thrive. My approach is rooted in encouraging student participation through questions and discussions, using variety of teaching methods, emphasizing not just academic growth but also the social and emotional well-being of each child.

What sets me apart is patience, creativity, observation, adaptability, empathy, organization skills, safety awareness, encouragement and ensuring that our preschool is not only a place for education but a home where children feel safe, inspired, and encouraged to explore their curiosity. I am dedicated to working collaboratively with parents, staff, and the community to build a foundation for lifelong learning.

I look forward to the exciting journey ahead, where we can collectively shape a nurturing and enriching space for the youngest members of our community.
